Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & Billing in the app. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the free plan. Your projects and videos are kept.

Refunds

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally not refundable for partial months. We will refund:

• duplicate charges;
• charges made after a cancellation had already taken effect;
• a billing period in which Twelve Studio was unavailable to you for most of the period because of a fault on our side.

Ask within 30 days of the charge by emailing tech@twelveai.app with your account email and the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.

Changing plans

Moving to a higher plan starts a new subscription at the new price. Moving to a lower plan takes effect when your current period ends.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
