Billing questions
- How is a video counted?
- One finished render counts as one video, however many formats it includes. Renders that fail do not count. Limits reset on the first of each month.
- What happens if my video is longer than my plan allows?
- The studio shows the length against your limit as you write. Use Fit to length to tighten the narration, or upgrade.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Plan & Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you are on Free with all your projects.
- Do you offer refunds?
- For duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or a period where the service was down for you because of us. See the refund policy for details.
- Which currency do you charge in?
- US dollars, billed monthly through TwelveAI Business. Your bank may convert the amount at its own rate.
- Is there a free trial of paid plans?
- The Free plan has the full editor, so you can try everything except longer videos, dialogue scenes and watermark-free exports before you pay.
